Sequence
5 stages, in this order.

Brief & measure
Two hours at the site, a full measured survey, and a conversation about how you actually live rather than how you would like to be photographed living.
- 02
Layouts & fee
Two or three plan options with a fixed fee. Nothing proceeds until you have signed the number.
- 03
Design & specification
Elevations, 3Ds and a written material specification. Every finish named, so nothing gets substituted on site.
- 04
Build
Weekly photographs whether you ask or not. A site visit from your designer at least twice a week.
- 05
Snag & handover
We list our own defects before you find them, close the list, then hand over.
